Research & Hardware Prototypes

My Hardware Projects

Some of these are prototypes from projects I’ve contributed to,
while others are just little hardware experiments I couldn’t resist building.
Mostly PCBs, FPGA boards, and other tinkering that made me scratch my head (and occasionally my hair).
New projects added from time to time — stay tuned!

MetaScatter Control Prototype 🛠️

Originally developed for the MetaScatter project (under review at MobiCom 2026).
The full control prototype and experimental results will be released after acceptance ⚡.
Routing in Cadence gave me gray hairs 😅.

CW-AcousLen Hardware Prototype 🛰️

Prototype PCBs for the paper accepted at MobiSys 2024: “CW-AcousLen: Configurable Wideband Acoustic Metasurface”.
Thrilled to contribute to the hardware validation of this work!

FPGA Beamforming Control Board 🎛️

4-channel FPGA-controlled acoustic beamforming platform with reconfigurable wideband operation.
Expandable to larger arrays for more complex experiments 🔊🔧.

Acoustic Transmitter Board 🔊

First attempt at a powerful acoustic amplifier for our MetaScatter experiments.
Supports external devices and serves as a robust transmission front-end for adaptive underwater communication.
